GNV products are manufactured by the newest machinery with a three-tier system of oil blending, modern production trains for greases and automated filling lines. The tank farm allows to store 400 tonnes of raw material and 25- tonnes of end products all at once.

Our long-term experience in lubricants and unique technical expertise enable us to develop and deliver the perfect products that exceed the most stringent requirements in the industry. In addition to high-quality lubricants, we offer an additional service for our customers: the lubricants monitoring program "GNV Test".
This program allows you to assess not only the condition of the lubricant during it’s operation, but also the state of the equipment, the risks of contamination, including the use of low-quality fuel. "GNV Test" allows you to determine the content of wear elements and additives, and, most importantly , the actual intervals of lubricant replacement.
All studies of oil samples are carried out in an accredited laboratory of the International Research Center for Fuel and Lubrication materials. Interpretation of the results of the analysis together with laboratory specialists allows you to prevent critical wear of parts and components of equipment, determine the ingress of pollutants at the earliest stage, and optimize the timing of oil changes. Using the program "GNV Test" allows you to improve the reliability and durability of our customers' equipment and equipment in practice.
